some advice please

hi matt. first i want to say thank you for your tutorials(tricking and bo staff), it help me a lot.

some advice please? (looks like i have a problem with spinning behind the back)

Hey man that is actually great. I believe you are just doing an extra half turn behind your back which is slowing down the speed behind you, your hands should be pinky to pinky. Thanks again for posting, I am going to start to upload some more bo videos and some tricks as well.
